Today on Supernormalized, CeeJay Barnaby speaks with Cindy “Seer” Anderson, a pro coach, certified life coach, keynote speaker, author, and the founder of Soulpiphany. Cindy describes herself as a “mad spiritual scientist” because she approaches intuition and spiritual communication with curiosity, healthy skepticism, and a desire to test what works . Her unique perspective makes spiritual guidance accessible and grounded.

Cindy’s signature system, “Your Spirit Guide on Speed Dial,” offers a practical way to connect with personal guidance. This method avoids blind faith, complicated rituals, or years of study, making it approachable for everyone . Cindy shares how direct spiritual communication can support purpose, decision-making, healing, leadership, and major life changes . She emphasizes that this connection is not just for “special people” but for everyone, a realization she had during her own initial, rather mundane, experience of asking if she had a guide .

With a background that includes nearly an electrical engineering degree, Cindy brings a logical and testing mindset to her spiritual work . She enjoys playing with ideas, poking at concepts, and developing theories, which makes her approach to spirituality more accessible to those who might be skeptical . Cindy’s programs are designed for quick results, recognizing that people today seek immediate answers. Her five-day process can take someone from not believing in spirit guides to making a clear connection and receiving direct answers to questions .

A key aspect of her teaching involves developing a “fingerprint signature,” where students learn to recognize tangible body responses – like a tingling sensation or warmth – that signal a message from their guide . This helps differentiate genuine guidance from imagination. When making important decisions, Cindy suggests feeling your way into the choice, trusting that basic gut feeling rather than relying solely on intellectual pros and cons lists . She also encourages the idea of creating a “dictionary of connection” to identify patterns over time, similar to dream journaling, to enhance one’s connection . Cindy’s work helps people find a better path in life by opening themselves to spiritual connection in a positive and conscious way.

Cindy Anderson (00:59)
Thanks for having me, CJ.

CeeJay (01:00)
Yeah, it’s it’s gonna be a wild conversation. I know that I think the main thing that I see in reality right now is that people are actually starting to really open up to the world and understanding that we live in a like a sea of spirits and they’re there ready to help us and to communicate with us and to guide us on our paths in life. So you’ve been doing that with people for quite a while. What led you first to take intuition and spiritual communication seriously?

Cindy Anderson (01:30)
I think for for most people, I was just like anybody else. I kinda got to midlife and I had a checklist of things that I thought I was supposed to accomplish, you know, go to school, get a good job, find a partner, buy a nice house, move to the suburbs, whatever y whatever that looks like for you. And for me I got there and went, hm.

Apparently this formula did not result in happiness. I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing now. I checked everything off the list. I’m pretty sure the the formula actually was to give parental units some satisfaction that their kid wasn’t gonna screw up life or, you know, need a big loan. So

CeeJay (02:07)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (02:07)
for me then I started asking questions, you know, what what am I here for? Is there something more? am I being greedy for wanting more? You know, I had a pretty good life.

And that led me to ask the question, Do I have a guide? And ooh, from there it’s been a roller coaster.

CeeJay (02:24)
How did they first make contact with you? I mean, what was that like for you?

Cindy Anderson (02:29)
the first experience was pretty mundane. I literally just asked the question, do I have a guide? And I hadn’t really I hadn’t really thought about it before. I’d I’d heard of people having spirit guides. I kind of thought that was for special people, which I didn’t see myself as. I was just a regular gal living on a regular life and it turns out they’re for everybody. And so that experience was pretty eye opening and then and then it got really deep really fast. So

CeeJay (02:55)
Hmm.

Yeah, I think a lot of us think we’re really ordinary until we get touched by the the spiritual and supernatural. And that’s actually the normal and that’s what my podcast is

Cindy Anderson (03:06)
It is

CeeJay (03:06)
all about. So when did your

Cindy Anderson (03:08)
Yes.

CeeJay (03:09)
guys begin calling you Sia? And what did that name mean to you at the time?

Cindy Anderson (03:15)
almost immediately. And I

CeeJay (03:17)
Okay.

Cindy Anderson (03:17)
thought it was weird because I didn’t see myself as a seer. I know that’s a mouthful, but I didn’t see myself as having precognitive cap capabilities or

I don’t know, maybe maybe vision to a degree. I think I’m pretty good at seeing people and understanding, you know, what what their motivations are. But I kinda think I it’s a little funny to me. I’m not a I’m not a guru. and I know a lot of people like to call themselves seer and I’m like, it’s a joke to me, but that’s what they insist on calling me, so that’s what we go by.

CeeJay (03:48)
That’s excellent. Was there a specific experience that changed how you understood your own intuition and how that works for you?

Cindy Anderson (03:57)
That’s a good question. I d I can’t think of a particular moment. It kind of evolved quickly. from the first conversations, it became okay, well I don’t I don’t think I’m special and I I obviously don’t have a guide and then suddenly I have a guide. Well, maybe that means I have some kind of calling or or some sort of service that I’m per supposed to perform. Like what does this mean now? Is this an assignment? so there became a lot of a lot of investigation of what what was that about.

what are they here for? What what am I here for? And that led to basically the mad spiritual scientist routine, which was me thinking, you know, this is kinda cool and what if everyone could have this?

How can I make this accessible to anyone? So that’s what ultim ultimately led me down this process of trial and error, trial and error, kind of put it into a lab environment and say, can we you know, we start with the hypothesis and then we test it and we observe and then, you know, we repeat and so on and so forth until I got it down to a a system that so far has pretty much worked for everyone, which is I don’t know, I think it’s pretty cool. I’d like to get the world to a little bit happier place.

And I think if people had a little bit more guidance and a little bit more confidence in self and just felt maybe a just a tiny bit more purpose, we might have a a little bit more community and a little less angst in the world.

CeeJay (05:24)
Mm-hmm.

Yeah. Well, you’re extending the community from just us to all the way through the spirit realm. So that’s a powerful thing.

Cindy Anderson (05:30)
Yes, yes.

CeeJay (05:31)
Yeah. Yeah. I’m curious though, what actually drove you to have that scientific edge? Did you have a background in science b previous to that or?

Cindy Anderson (05:41)
Yeah,

yeah, I’m like a a a semester shy of an electrical engineering degree. That didn’t end up being where I where I focus, but I kinda had that sort of a logical mind. I’m like a I like to test things, I like to play with things, I like to poke at and come up with theories, so that that just fit my my style. I’m pretty logical, which I think is confusing to people because they think spiritual person, obviously she’s in the clouds, she’s she’s Yeah, yeah, she’s she’s super

CeeJay (06:06)
She’s super grounded, but she’s weird.

Cindy Anderson (06:10)
whoa, she says a lot of

strange things, we don’t know what’s gonna come out of our mouth. No, I’m actually quite logical, so it’s it’s kind of a weird mix, which I think, like you said, makes it a little bit more accessible to more people.

CeeJay (06:21)
Yeah,

I think what that sort of edge grounds it for a lot of people because they want to, you know, just assume that you’re like a loopy hippie, but then you’ve got

Cindy Anderson (06:29)
Right.

CeeJay (06:29)
this this you know what I mean, right? And so by having that groundedness, they they feel safer to actually listen and understand and grasp the concepts.

Cindy Anderson (06:40)
Right. Yeah, I feel like the the spiritual industry has a lot of guru talk and a little bit of arrogance, maybe, where you’ve got a lot of individuals saying, You know what, I know something you don’t know And it’s like, what are we, five? Are we gonna are we gonna share the magic? Or are we gonna sit over here and go,

CeeJay (06:54)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (06:59)
Hey CJ, if you just believe harder, your guides will come talk to you And then it’s kinda

CeeJay (07:03)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (07:04)
like us and them and

Nah, no, none of that. I just I just think it’s it’s cool and I’d like to share it with the world. That’s kinda my goal.

CeeJay (07:11)
Mm. I

just think that’s a stage that people go through when they start to experience phenomena and they’re like, no, I’m special. No, you’re not. Everyone does that.

Cindy Anderson (07:19)
Right right,

right. And then your head gets big and I no

CeeJay (07:23)
Yeah. But we’re all able

to do this stuff. It’s just a matter of tuning in and you’re proving that by working with people and showing them how.

Cindy Anderson (07:30)
Right. And I and I love the idea of telling people, I’m not a guru. Don’t trust me, bro. Whatever I say is not go. This is this is your game. You get in, you test it, you experiment, you see what happens. I love the skeptics. They’re a lot of fun because they they jump in and they’re like, This is ridiculous and then three days later they’re like, Whoa, that’s pretty cool.

So, you know, it’s it’s a it’s it’s fun it’s fun to see people’s eyes open to the idea that this isn’t that complicated. You just at this point I believe firmly you don’t need a special set of tools. You just need to follow a process that makes sense and we’ll

CeeJay (08:13)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (08:14)
get you there. We’ll get you that magic moment.

CeeJay (08:16)
Nice. What did you personally have to question or unlearn before trusting your own spiritual experiences?

Cindy Anderson (08:24)
Mmm, literally everything, CJ. Literally everything. One of the first

CeeJay (08:28)
Yeah, right.

Cindy Anderson (08:29)
things that my guides told me was, Your life as you know it is over. And so cute Cindy was like, sweet, my ship’s comed in, right? I’ve won the lottery. No, what they meant was we’re going to tear your literal life to the ground and then rebuild. And

My calling is to bring this to other people so that they can access their guides as well. So but it required all the sacrifices, literally everything. So

that

was that was a interesting journey, but I can at the time you don’t see it. You know, you can’t see the whole it’s like you know, you’re taking a flight from Seattle to London and you can’t see every turn and the plane is off course like ninety percent of the of the trip. Kind of just keep course correcting. I couldn’t see the whole map. I had no

idea we were going to London. Literally none. But now I see it in reverse. Okay, this is this is what we had to go through. So

CeeJay (09:25)
Hmm.

Wow. Yeah. would you have dug in if you knew what the result was going to be?

Cindy Anderson (09:33)
That’s a great question. I mean, some of the early stuff, it was it was changed almost every major aspect of my life, my relationship, my business, w everything I thought my life was built around. but I think now I see it. I get it. You know, us humans we’re very simple. We see path A looks like a good thing, you know. You lose a job and you go, that’s a bad thing, right?

Well is it maybe sometimes to get a better job you have to lose a job, you know? Sometimes to get the the better relationship you have to go through an ugly divorce, that kind of thing. So I think I would do it again, but boy, it it’s it’s a process for sure. So I

CeeJay (10:14)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (10:14)
don’t think that’s normal either. I don’t mean to imply that, you know, hey, meet your spirit guide and your life’s gonna get flipped turned upside down. I don’t I don’t think that’s true. I just think that was my path. Yes, yeah.

CeeJay (10:23)
Yeah, different for everyone for sure.

How has your understanding of purpose changed throughout your life?

Cindy Anderson (10:30)
that’s a great question also very dramatically. I think I think for myself a purpose was, you know, meet a few goals and build some stability in life and try to have a good time.

Now purpose is so much bigger than that. You know? I used to I’ve been an entrepreneur for I don’t know twenty-five years. And there was a time when my life’s focus was make money. And now my life’s focus is make a difference. So I think that’s probably the biggest thing. It’s just a complete

CeeJay (11:00)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (11:01)
shift in you know, you get older and you you start to care about other people a little more and see the world and I don’t know. At least for me that’s the way it went. So big change in purpose.

CeeJay (11:11)
Yeah. I can relate

to that too. It’s like over time I just wanna make sure the world gets better. It’s just what happens, I think. When you grow up.

Cindy Anderson (11:20)
Yeah. Well, I don’t

know about that. I mean, I don’t know that I’d go that far. I don’t really want to grow up C J. In fact

CeeJay (11:27)
Well, you gotta keep playing

there, you know.

Cindy Anderson (11:29)
Right.

And and actually that’s part of a part of my system is very much a let’s play. Let’s just, you

CeeJay (11:34)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (11:34)
know, let’s get in the lab. We’ll break some stuff. We’re gonna mix up some chemicals, bust a beaker, something crazy’s gonna happen. There’s no metrics for success. which, you know, we get really obsessed with that stuff. It’s just show up, have a good time, embrace your inner child and and see what comes out.

CeeJay (11:53)
Mm.

What for you makes an intuitive experience feel more meaningful rather than random?

Cindy Anderson (12:00)
I think the personal personalization element of it where you’ve getting you’re getting guidance that feels very relevant to you personally as opposed to, you know, a fortune cookie kind of guidance that is like, you know, go learn something, go learn a new skill. No, what about learning a skill that’s relevant to what you’re doing in your world? So I think I like to say for for in decision making in specific

I think that we have all kinds of people in our lives that we consider counselors, trusted advisors, you know, the wife, the husband, mom, dad, sister, brother, best friend. And when they provide advice to us, in general they have our idea, you know, our best interest at heart, but

It’s always coming through their lens, right? They have their own belief systems, their own needs. They have things they need from you. They have things they want from you. the spirit guide is is the only person not on the planet, because they’re not on the planet, but they’re the only person that really truly is looking at just you. So the lens is is shifted. And I think that’s a really powerful thing, being able to make

CeeJay (13:11)
Mm-hmm.

Cindy Anderson (13:11)
decisions based on information that really is just unbiased. We can’t get that anywhere else.

CeeJay (13:17)
how can someone test spiritual guidance without dismissing mystery or first forcing certainty?

Cindy Anderson (13:24)
without dismissing mystery or forcing certainty. Well, I think

CeeJay (13:27)
Yeah. So they’re checking yeah,

checking in on their deep spiritual guidance whether it’s actually on path, really. Mm.

Cindy Anderson (13:34)
On path, yeah.

well, I do have a process, I call it the star method for helping people differentiate between messages that are in internal. Is it my ego speaking, is it my mind speaking, versus is it intuition or is it my guide actually passing a message? So for me I think one of the big things that I teach my students is trust and trust being a two way street between you and your guide. Not just did the guide give me good information and I followed it and got the result I was.

hoping for but vice versa. If if the guide is giving you advice, are you willing to actually step out of your comfort zone? Not not cross the boundaries, not go outside of your belief system, but are you willing to step outside of your comfort zone and do what they might be asking of you?

CeeJay (14:25)
What

would be the first step for someone who wants to connect with a spiritual guide?

Cindy Anderson (14:31)
Well, my process starts with something that’s pretty normal, I think is probably fairly standard across the industry, which is quieting quieting the noise, quieting the nerve central nervous system, getting grounded,

You know, turning off the phones, turning off the beeping in the background, the TVs. we have so much so much going on right now in our world that it’s it’s difficult to hear, you know. Like you said, you the guide’s talking. The question isn’t really whether they’re talking, it’s whether you can hear So we s we start with, you know, basic stuff. We do some visualizations, we do some meditation. we just try to check out a little bit from the the electronic world.

And let ourselves be quiet enough to be able to hear.

CeeJay (15:17)
Hmm. Do you have any communication protocols that help people receive clearer guidance?

Cindy Anderson (15:24)
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. I have something that I call a fingerprint signature where I teach my students to tune into how their body responds when they’re receiving a download or when they’re receiving a message from their guide. So it’s typically a body it’s a it’s one area of your body that you’ll typically feel something

tangible when you’re actually getting a message. Maybe it’s a a tingling in your head or, you know, a warmth in your heart or I it could be literally anything. And teaching people to recognize that as being associated with their guide so that they can start to differentiate between, hey, was that my imagination or was it a voice in my head? And now I probably should see someone about that.

CeeJay (16:12)
Mm, yeah, right, right. So what simple practices can listeners try today?

Cindy Anderson (16:20)
I think getting quiet, I mean I want to say, you know, meditation is a pretty much a standard formula. I would like to say grounding is one of my big practices and and when I say grounding, I mean literal grounding. I mean literally take your shoes off and put your feet on the soil.

get in touch with that that resonance of the earth, the actual vibration of the earth. I don’t think we do that enough anymore. We we live in concrete jungles, you know. and maybe it’s not even maybe where you live it’s not even safe to take your shoes off unless you’re in the comfort of your own backyard, right? so that’s one of the first things. The electrical energy of guidance literally comes through the earth. So that’s a really important one. I mean there’s a reason that tree huggers are a thing, right?

CeeJay (17:06)
Yes. So spiritual communication is like a muscle that needs to be exercised and built up over time. how much time typically does a person need to build that to get consistent communication that’s effective? And is that the same for everyone? Did you find over time, or is that something that’s very linked to the individual?

Cindy Anderson (17:28)
Well, I think there’s there’s kind of two parts to that. the way I run my programs, I used to start with like a twelve week coaching program, kind of an extended thing, and I realize that people don’t have the patience for that. That’s just not the modern world people want.

Quick, gimme, gimme, gimme

CeeJay (17:44)
Yeah. Instant. Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (17:45)
results right now. So what I do is I have a couple of different ways that I do it, but basically I do a five-day process, five half hour sessions on day zero. You maybe don’t even believe a spirit guide is a thing, much less that you have one on day five. You’ve made connection with your guide, you can ask your question and get an immediate, clear answer to that question. Now, does that mean you can sit down and have a

conversation with your guide like you and I are having. No, of course not. It’s it’s just that first proof of life, so to speak, where you’ve got, hey, this is this is real. I’ve got a connection and I know how to work with it. And then from there, I think that’s probably at the point where everybody’s gonna kinda go at their own pace. And I mean honestly, some people get excited and go busting in after that that first experience and other people go, Whoa, I’m gonna go ahead and think about that for a while.

Right.

CeeJay (18:43)
Yeah, they’ve got to integrate it.

Cindy Anderson (18:45)
Yeah, yeah, because it it is a lot, right? And the and then you ask, well, what what what should I ask? Literally anything, you know. my first question was, was there a second shooter on the grassy knoll? And my

CeeJay (19:01)
Ha ha ha.

Cindy Anderson (19:02)
guide said, Yeah, that that’s not the kind of stuff we’re gonna talk about. We got we’ve got other things to do. And I was like, Okay, fine.

CeeJay (19:06)
Yeah,

I can imagine that. We’re not here for that.

Cindy Anderson (19:11)
Yeah, that’s that’s not that’s not what this game is. But you know, it’s like it’s

like being a a four year old again. You just walk around going, Why, why, why, why, why? And

CeeJay (19:19)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (19:20)
my god, I have someone that I can ask the question of, someone that actually in theory has the universe of knowledge in in their in their arsenal.

CeeJay (19:29)
Yes.

Cindy Anderson (19:30)
boy, we better start writing ’cause I’m gonna forget. I’m gonna forget all these questions.

CeeJay (19:35)
Yeah, that’s cool. What should someone do when they receive no clear answer?

Cindy Anderson (19:42)
Well, in my in my programs we talk about how to address that. usually it’s you’re not sitting in the moment, you know. If you’re w we say, Okay, yeah, I’m sitting here and I’m I’m ready and I’m I’m calm and I wanna talk to my guide. are you really? So if you’re not getting a clear answer, it’s typically just

Either, you know, we’ll do a quick reset, maybe do like a quick two minute, you know, visualization, meditation kind of thing and try again. And if not, it’s just not the right time. You know, it’s it’s not always it’s not always the right time. Maybe think about your personal life. Sometimes you just have a headache and the answer is no, honey.

CeeJay (20:23)
Do

you encourage people to record or measure their experiences in a way that helps them identify patterns over time?

Cindy Anderson (20:32)
I that isn’t something that I’ve integrated into my program, but that’s an interesting idea. I like it. How would that how would that go, do you think?

CeeJay (20:40)
I think something you know, like creating like a dictionary of connection. So then you know what happened at that time and then over time you can go, Okay, well this happened this way and then you’ve can build up a structure to that. I mean I do that with like dream journaling myself because I see

Cindy Anderson (20:53)
Okay. Okay.

CeeJay (20:55)
patterns that and motifs that are that are metaphors that come up quite often. So I think that

Cindy Anderson (21:00)
Hmm.

CeeJay (21:01)
might actually be a way of enhancing that connection.

Cindy Anderson (21:04)
I like it. And and are those personalized, that dictionary personalized? Yeah. So it wouldn’t be

CeeJay (21:07)
Yeah. It’s very personalized. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And

Cindy Anderson (21:11)
like, if I had this situation, then that would mean if CJ had the same one. Got it, got it. Yeah, that’s

CeeJay (21:13)
Yeah. Yeah. Butterfly means this. No, it doesn’t. Not for everyone.

Cindy Anderson (21:18)
that’s a good idea. That is that is something that I should probably in incorporate into my more advanced courses for students that are are ready to go deeper. So I’ll put that down. I’ll call that I’ll call that the CJ technique. Thank you. No, that’s that’s a great idea.

CeeJay (21:26)
Right. Well I’m glad to help. Thank you. I’m glad to help by accident. I didn’t

Now what do you suggest people evaluate whether guidance is helping them make better decisions?

Cindy Anderson (21:40)
that’s a great question. better decisions is such an interesting concept. What I think is that when we make decisions, the confidence that we feel about that decision is ultimately everything. So if if you say, hey Cindy, I’m thinking about I’m thinking about

starting some kind of new business and you ask, Well, do you know, should I do that? You ask your guide, your guide says, Yeah, it’s a good idea, go for it. If you feel confident in your guide, then you’re gonna pursue the outcome that you want from that decision. Right? You’re gonna be all in. You’re gonna be like, okay, this is what we do first. We put together a business plan, you go find funding, you get, you know, whatever however your that’s gonna go for you. If you say, Well, I’m not

I’m not too sure about that. There’s a good chance that you won’t follow through, or you’ll delay responding to people, or you won’t take the steps that are needed. So I think the biggest thing is is about confidence. So if you can get a connection with your guide and feel comfortable that they’re leading you in a direction that’s in your own best interest, then every decision you make starts to feel a little bit more confident. And then you jump in full stream and voila, it works.

Yeah.

CeeJay (23:02)
Mm-hmm.

Are there any common mistakes that can make spiritual communication feel confusing or unreliable?

Cindy Anderson (23:13)
That’s an excellent question. I think maybe you know, right now we what we see a lot of in the industry is the, you know, signs and synchronicities type of of spirit guide communication, which to me is insanely confusing. So I asked the universe, hey, give me a sign, you know, same same scenario. Should I should I leave this job that I’m in? And a week later I get a a feather on my car.

Great, I got a sign. What does a feather on the car mean? Does it mean take the job? Yeah, right. Does it mean take the job?

CeeJay (23:49)
Whatever you want.

Cindy Anderson (23:52)
Does it mean don’t take the job? Does it mean that the a crow just flew by and dropped a feather on your car? I don’t know. and that that’s one of the things that drove me this direction was it’s so confusing. I mean, great, I saw 1111 on the clock. Something happened? I don’t know what.

I don’t know what it means, but you know, it’s like it’s it’s that’s

CeeJay (24:14)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (24:14)
proof of that’s proof of a guide’s existence, but you can’t call that communication. It’s just not. so that’s the

CeeJay (24:21)
Yeah, yeah.

Cindy Anderson (24:22)
big thing is like it’s just bridge the gap. I why can’t we just have a conversation? Why can’t it be just like you and I sitting here talking?

CeeJay (24:30)
Exactly.

Yeah. And well that can be. We know that.

Cindy Anderson (24:33)
Yeah.

CeeJay (24:33)
Yeah, yeah. I mean I was in a car the other day listening to a podcast on giants and one drove past me with a number plate that said Yeti and I like

Cindy Anderson (24:42)
Right, right, right. Well that’s a little clearer than the feather for sure, but yeah. Yeah.

CeeJay (24:46)
I thought that’s just weird.

But it’s the way life is sometimes.

Cindy Anderson (24:51)
It is.

CeeJay (24:52)
why can successful successful, capable women still feel disconnected from their purpose?

Cindy Anderson (24:59)
Well,

I try not to be the person that tells everyone what’s going on in their world. I think that’s a question for them to ask themselves for sure. But I do think women in particular, I think spend much of their lives serving needs of everyone around them, as opposed to themselves.

And I think there’s a point in the average woman’s life where you hit your, you know, forties, fifties. If you’ve got kids, maybe they leave home, you kind of, you know, you’ve got financial security, maybe you’re starting to worry about your parents aging. And there’s questions you start to have questions about like, is this is all I’m here for is to serve the kids or the husband or the parents or whomever it is, and

Why am why am I doing that? And I think there’s definitely questions that come up there just from a like life standpoint, life transition stage standpoint. And that’s when I think a lot of people start wondering, am I, who am I serving and and what does that mean? And so having a little bit of external input on that in the form of a guide can be really reassuring.

Like you know, I’d I’d really like to know that I’m needed outside of when the kids need to go to the store or my husband needs dinner or that kind of thing. so I think that’s a a really common phase of life. I find that repeatedly that’s who most of my clients are because they’re in a stage where they’re suddenly life starts to get quiet enough that they can ask important questions about who they are and what they’re here for.

CeeJay (26:42)
Yeah. Getting past the is this all there is? Mm mm.

Cindy Anderson (26:46)
Yeah. Yeah.

CeeJay (26:49)
What questions can someone ask when life looks fine on the outside but feels empty within?

Cindy Anderson (26:57)
That

was my big question for sure. that’s that’s the whole that’s the whole point, right? I mean, I think we I think a lot of us get there, this point in life where we’re just wondering, you know, what what is it all about? What was the purpose of it? Was it really to build the life that looks good on Facebook?

and that’s that’s the point where I think people can start to look at themselves and say, What do I want? What do I actually want for my life? Not what was I told to do or what was the responsible thing or what did I need to do for to support the wife and kids or you know, that that question of what what’s important to me. And and that’s hard when you haven’t done it, you know, when you’ve spent forty-five or fifty years of your life serving other people’s needs, it’s a hard question. You know, people will say

Say, when do I get to when do I get to be the star of my own life? And the question then is: if you had no limits on time or money, what would you do with your life? And a lot of people can’t answer that question, right? They’ll come back and tell you, Well, I don’t want this, and I don’t want that, and I don’t want that. So I would say using the guide, not necessarily to find your purpose, but to find

a way of living in the day that makes you feel like you have purpose. So as opposed to this big I have a calling kind of purpose, just a a what would make today feel purposeful? What would what could I do today that would feel good to me and feel like authentically me in a way that would make me

CeeJay (28:31)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (28:31)
happy.

CeeJay (28:33)
Exactly. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Cindy Anderson (28:35)
And then the guide can answer help you with that. It’s like you don’t have to ask your guide, is my purpose thing X? What about just what what could I do today that would feel good?

CeeJay (28:46)
How can someone take a first practical step towards that more meaningful life? I mean, is that what you’re explaining there?

Cindy Anderson (28:52)
Yeah, I mean I I I honestly think that’s the right answer because it is it was for me. And if if people think there’s a different answer then awesome, go go find that one. But yeah, I think I think the spirit guide is a just a natural evolution of that self exploration and the what am I doing here? What am I doing here?

CeeJay (29:12)
Yeah, yeah,

yeah. How can people use spiritual guidance without giving away responsibility for their choices?

Cindy Anderson (29:20)
I love this question. So a spirit guide is to me, in my definition, is an advisor. They’re not a master, right? The the decisions are yours, you own them. but they do they can provide that that guidance for you. and I I think that

Don’t give away agency. I mean, d don’t don’t blindly trust. It’s just just like I don’t want anyone to blindly trust what I say, I don’t want them to blindly trust what their guide says either. You know, this is the the trust thing that has to be developed. One of the things I do in my in my courses is I tell people, Okay, you got you’ve got this really big question you’ve been dying to ask, right? And everybody says, Yeah. And I say, All right, great, don’t ask that. We’re not there yet. You don’t get to ask that question for a couple months at least because you don’t have the trust. Even if even if your guide said, yeah.

Yeah, go go go take the new job. You’d be like it it too much. So it it takes time. Just like any relationship, just like any conversation that you have with a a new friend or a colleague, you you don’t trust is earned by everyone, right? You don’t just give it.

CeeJay (30:25)
Mm.

How should someone respond when inner guidance conflicts with that advice from family, colleagues or friends?

Cindy Anderson (30:34)
That’s an interesting question, right? I mean I I think that kind of goes back to the the family, friends and colleagues maybe have a slightly different viewpoint. But I think that’s, you know, that’s a normal life question, right? We have to decide all the time, do we wanna do what everyone else wants us to do or do we wanna do what we think is the right thing to do?

CeeJay (30:54)
Yeah.

Yeah. Do you have any safeguards that you recommend before making a major s major decision based on spiritual guidance?

Cindy Anderson (31:04)
The trust. Yeah, the trust. I mean we definitely do safeguards also with our spiritual guidance to make sure that we’re making the connection to the right thing. But yeah, trust first.

Don’t go don’t go into it thinking, you know, on day three you’re gonna be asking all of the big life questions. That’s we start small. I I ask simple things like, you know, should I go for a walk right now? Is my cat’s name, you know, fluffy? That kind of stuff to to build that trust because

CeeJay (31:32)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (31:33)
it really is so important.

CeeJay (31:36)
Mm. How can people become more comfortable with uncertainty while waiting for clarity?

Cindy Anderson (31:42)
That’s good question. Comfortable with uncertainty. Well, I mean, I I honestly feel like the the concept of of what I’m doing is trying to minimize that uncertainty, to take away ambig ambiguity. So at least giving an immediate answer on this topic that we’re talking about right now in a way that is undeniably clear. So

if you’re again back to the the signs and synchronicities stuff, that’s that’s tough. So that’s that’s literally the basis for my whole system is to try to create clarity so that you don’t

CeeJay (32:19)
Mm-hmm.

Cindy Anderson (32:19)
have to guess. Because otherwise, like you said, you’re stuck in uncertainty. And then and then what? Do you try harder or do you give up? And so we’re we’re working towards the to get what you want out of the thing. So

CeeJay (32:34)
Mm. Yeah. So when people are going through transition and connecting with spirit communication, why do you think major life changes often bring spiritual questions to the surface?

Cindy Anderson (32:47)
That’s a good question. It’s it’s gonna be obviously individual to the to the person, but I think

let me give you an example. I I worked with a woman recently who eighty-eight-year-old woman whose husband had recently passed away and she just couldn’t like wrap her head around what do I do now? He had had Alzheimer’s and so she’d been caring for him and you know she was a mother of four kids and had spent her whole life built around everyone around her. And then she wakes up one day and is like, what do I do? What’s my purpose? What’s my purpose? And to

To be able to step into this concept of purposeful moments rather than what is my calling. and after a few weeks of working with her, we really got to a point where

The purpose was really being able to just connect with her with herself, with her higher self. So here she’s asking her guide questions. She’s got this connection. And also she tells me that she loves watching television that has no balls on it because her husband was a sports fan and she was never a sports fan. So

first time she said that to me I was like yeah, kinda. I was like

CeeJay (33:55)
What?

Cindy Anderson (34:04)
so yeah, just

CeeJay (34:04)
That’s excellent.

Cindy Anderson (34:05)
just

sort of changing up the the the tenor of your life, right? When sometimes we we say, Well, I I can’t believe my whole life is about everyone else and then when you have the opportunity for it to not be about everyone else, you don’t know what to do. It’s like this is what I asked for, but now what do I do with it? So the the guidance is that’s a that’s a perfect moment to have guidance.

CeeJay (34:29)
What

can a person do when they know a chapter has ended but cannot s yet see what comes next?

Cindy Anderson (34:36)
Yeah. Don’t ask me, ask your guide. This is it’s the same answer. It’s the same answer every time, right? Like I’m the Sherpa.

CeeJay (34:41)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (34:43)
I’ll take you up the mountain. I’ll show you where the crevass is. I’ll tell you if that weather that looks bad is actually gonna be bad or if it’s not, or we need to go back to base camp. But these are these are big questions, CJ. Those are that’s a call your guide. Call your guide. See what they have to say about it. ‘Cause I

I’m just a I’m just a normal human trying to help help you get to the the real advice.

CeeJay (35:06)
Yes. How can someone separate genuine guidance from fear that often accompanies a new beginning?

Cindy Anderson (35:13)
Great question. Yeah, I love this question. we talk about body feelings, you know, there’s different parts of the body that will help you indicate whether or not guidance is

coming from ego or coming from fear or coming from external. So that’s back to the the figure print signature that I think I mentioned earlier, the feeling in your body. So for instance, a couple of the things that would be indicators that the information is your own fear would be a sensation in your jaw or your throat, or if it’s in your shoulders, kind of a heavy feeling, those tend to be internal signs versus you know, if you had a a a feeling in your gut or a lightness in your head.

Often there’s the body actually it’s like a tuning fork, right? So it’s gonna give you an indication of of messages that you’re getting or information that you’re receiving, and it will help you find the source. So I do have a system to help, you know, have like an actual map of the body that shows which parts are likely to be indicated by by fear or ego versus

the

CeeJay (36:18)
Hmm.

Cindy Anderson (36:18)
guide.

CeeJay (36:20)
Interesting. Do you have you checked that map against any other systems to see if there’s any correlation?

Cindy Anderson (36:26)
I’ve definit it’s definitely science based, you know, it’s it’s built on a lot of neuroscience, but I don’t know that I’ve seen anything quite like it. So do you have a suggestion of something that would be a a potential comparison?

CeeJay (36:38)
No, no, I just it it just

popped in my head is this related to like Chinese medicine and the meridians or anything like that?

Cindy Anderson (36:44)
Yeah. Yeah,

like maybe reflexology or something of that nature. Yeah.

CeeJay (36:47)
Yeah, yeah.

Cindy Anderson (36:48)
I I’m sure that there’s some correlation there and I’ll be one hundred percent honest. I channeled it, so

I trust. I trust my guide. So if I if I’m getting that information, I feel confident that it’s that it’s correct. But as all things, test it for yourself. Let’s experiment. Let’s let’s go into that lab, see how it works for you, and then and then we’ll draw the I don’t I don’t pretend to

CeeJay (37:11)
Yeah. I mean when you were talking about it.

Cindy Anderson (37:13)
be the yeah, I don’t pretend to be the the you know, the harbiter of all of the information in the world. That’s that’s not me.

CeeJay (37:20)
Well,

when you when you were talking about it, it just reminded me of a time that I had contact with a spirit that was doing a lot of work with me and it was telling me by touching my my back sh my left back shoulder as a form of like telling me about things and I’m like, that’s really interesting, you know, that that you said the

Cindy Anderson (37:36)
Yeah.

CeeJay (37:37)
same thing. So I’m thinking that maybe there is some sort of correlation there too. Interesting. Mm.

Cindy Anderson (37:41)
There probably is. There probably is. I mean

I I haven’t talked to a lot of people that have similar experiences, but I’ve heard someone told me the other day that they had different messages messages on different ears and they perceived one to be positive and negative and I like, Mm, I’m not a I don’t really believe in negative, but I hear ya. Like that’s an interesting experience. And I it’s it’s worth taking into the lab and poking at it a little bit and see can we recreate that? What’s happening here?

CeeJay (38:11)
Well,

in some religions they say there’s like an angel on one side and the devil on the other, so that’s that’s not surprising really.

Cindy Anderson (38:15)
Right, right, right. I mean or it or it could have been

just a really good ayahuasca trip. I don’t know about that. Not not my thing, but for some that’s

CeeJay (38:23)
Right. Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (38:25)
that’s part of it. So

CeeJay (38:26)
Yeah.

What kinds of limiting stories often prevent people from trusting themselves?

Cindy Anderson (38:34)
It’s a big, big can of worms right there. Yeah, I mean, I I think it’s people we just we’re just not good at trusting ourselves. We’ll trust, you know, we’ll trust you know, some random dude on on Amazon that says, Don’t buy this blender, right? But we we’ll sit there and have a conversation. We’ll have a conversation with our guide or we’ll get the the y the Yeti license plate that’s so obvious and go, no that was nothing. But you know

CeeJay (39:01)
it just made me laugh at the time actually.

Cindy Anderson (39:01)
Whatever she’s whatever

bad dad twenty seven online, suddenly he’s the world’s authority on what I need in my kitchen or what I need in my life, right? I think

CeeJay (39:11)
Ha ha ha.

Cindy Anderson (39:12)
it’s it’s crazy how we won’t trust ourselves.

CeeJay (39:15)
Mm.

Mm. How can spiritual practice complement therapy, coaching, or other forms of personal support?

Cindy Anderson (39:24)
I think they I think they all work together. I think I mean, exploration of self is exploration of self, right? I mean everybody’s gonna go at it from a different angle. but I I think all those things are great. I mean

There’s no I don’t think there’s any wrong in there. I think you might find a a practitioner that wasn’t the right fit for you, but I think those things are all go hand in hand and you know, if you’re on the path of trying to improve yourself and and live a better life, I think those all things can be can be wonderfully complimentary. My therapist didn’t have a problem with my spirit guides. Although maybe don’t tell the psychiatrist that you hear voices. Because that can lead into some creepy places.

CeeJay (40:03)
Get a prescription from that. Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (40:06)
Right? Like we have a conversation with my with my psychiatrist, like, did you really put that in my file? She says, Yeah, I did. And I said, Don’t you go to church every Sunday? Yeah. And I said, So you talk to your God and he doesn’t talk back. I talk to my spirit guide and they talk back. And I’m the crazy one? Okay.

CeeJay (40:30)
Ha ha ha.

Cindy Anderson (40:32)
I mean, you do you. I that’s all good.

CeeJay (40:35)
Mm. What should someone do when spiritual work brings up painful memories or strong emotions?

Cindy Anderson (40:43)
Well, strong emotions for sure are important indicators. I think I think emotions get

They get a bad rap, I think, in the world. I think they’re they’re important. They’re signs, they’re information that we’re getting from our higher selves. It’s an internal system, it’s just another internal system to help us gauge where we’re at. trauma. I personally have not done any traumas, like direct trauma discussion with my guides. I think it might be the opposite. So in therapy, right, for instance, you sit around and talk about the negative things that have happened to

which means you get to relive them. And I’m not really a big fan of that conceptually, so

CeeJay (41:25)
Yeah, maybe that.

Cindy Anderson (41:25)
I’m more interested in in solutions. I think is my approach to spirit guides, both from what I do and what I teach, which is, okay, this is a a challenge we’re having, let’s work away from that rather than kinda digging into the the tough stuff. Does that make sense?

CeeJay (41:44)
Yeah,

it does, yeah, yeah. What three minute practice can listeners use when they need clarity?

Cindy Anderson (41:52)
A three minute practice for clarity?

defin definitely I would I would go for any meditation. I recommend that that beginners go for something that’s a guided medica meditation. I think there’s nothing more challenging for a beginner than to say, stop thinking. Three minutes feels like three hours. You know.

CeeJay (42:09)
Yes.

Cindy Anderson (42:09)
That’s not a that’s not possible. So a guided meditation I would suggest, definitely. but also I love I love getting out in nature. Again, sit down on sit down in the sit literally sit down in the grass. I mean if you have grass that’s

doesn’t have you know creepy crawlies in it sit down in the grass and then the other really wonderful grounding tool is water so whether you’re in a shower or you’re in a swimming pool or you’re in a lake even if you’re just waiting water is a wonderful connector and it instantly calms the the physical body which allows you to again open up that that hearing of the the messages that might be wanting to come through.

CeeJay (42:50)
Hmm.

Now, when people do this sort of work, do you actually recommend they use any intentional practice to start their communication?

Cindy Anderson (43:02)
Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah. We we do some rituals where we invite the guide in and, you know, create a safe space for for the guide and for the student to connect. Yeah.

CeeJay (43:14)
And what questions would someone write down before asking for guidance?

Cindy Anderson (43:20)
I mean it’s a good idea to to think about things that you’re looking for information on and like I said I I definitely start with the basics. I mean we do simple stuff like, you know, is this my guide? Is that who I’m actually talking to? do you have my best interests at heart? Is my name Francis? Do I live in, you know, Tennessee? That some of that stuff again, building that communication, trust.

in the beginning. Definitely we start we start really basic, like I said. If you got a big question, that’s great. Hold it for a couple of months.

CeeJay (43:54)
Mm-hmm.

What role do dreams and emotional responses play in your process? Do you mean I mean I just want to know because I mean often when people connect to such spiritual methods, that the dream world really lights up. So you’re finding that with your students too?

Cindy Anderson (44:11)
Yeah.

I haven’t actually had a ton of of questions in that arena.

If if people come up with things, again I would, you know, direct them back to their guide and and explore that. F certainly if you’re having interesting dreams, those are messages as well. You know, those y you obvio obviously understand they come in a million different ways and if you want to explore that, definitely get with your guide. I but I haven’t seen I haven’t seen a ton of direct correlation where people are suddenly dreaming. I think

I think a lot of the messages that we get in general are our guides are literally doing a dance going, How can I get CJ to hear me? I’m jumping up and down over here and I’m I’m spinning in circles and I’m like, I’m gonna throw something at you in your dreams and I’m gonna throw something at you where you’re you know,

CeeJay (45:00)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (45:00)
falling asleep and I’m gonna throw a you know, a strange Yeti license plate at you and I they’re I feel like they’re kinda desperately, desperately seeking attention. And so once we give them

and a clean avenue to start sending those message messages, then they start to come exactly in the way that we’re looking for them. Does that make sense? So it’s like we it’s like we’ve given

CeeJay (45:23)
It does.

Cindy Anderson (45:23)
them a a pat we’ve given them a new pathway. And I feel like almost always with my students, th their guides are like, thank God you’re finally listening to me. Because I am so tired

CeeJay (45:36)
Ha ha ha.

Cindy Anderson (45:37)
of telling you to stop doing that one stupid thing that you do all the time. You know?

CeeJay (45:41)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Cindy Anderson (45:42)
We’re simple.

humans we’re simple. Like, we yeah, we’ll yeah, we’re gonna make that mistake a hundred times. I know you told me the stove was hot, but I’m gonna have to put my hand on it and it might be more than once. Right?

CeeJay (45:52)
It might be not hot this time, yeah.

How can listeners and your students know when to pause spiritual questioning and take practical action?

Cindy Anderson (46:04)
that’s a great question. immediately. I mean, like anything, right? You get the you get a idea and the best time to act on it is right now. What’s the best time to plant a tree ten years ago, but today will work too? yeah, I I definitely think that just as a general life rule, taking taking action immediately once you’ve got the

the comfort, the trust with your guide and if the information resonates for you in a way that makes sense that you think yeah that would be a good move, even if it’s a little outside of your comfort zone, as long as it’s not pushing your boundaries or or your belief systems, yeah, now. Now is the good time.

CeeJay (46:43)
Hmm.

Can you explain any results that your clients have reported after using your method? I mean, do you have any

experience type examples where their life has changed quite dramatically for the positive, for example.

Cindy Anderson (47:02)
Yeah, I think I d I think you get and there’s ultimately just a a level of comfort that people stop they stop obsessing about every minute of every day of their life and start just living it, right? They say, if you’re

Anxious, you’re living in the future, and if you’re depressed, you’re living in the past. And if you’re happy, you’re liter literally living in the present moment. And I think that’s the the biggest the biggest example. So you get students that I’ve had so many interesting students. Let’s see if I can give you one specific one. one of my favorites is one of my students called her name was Valerie. She got so excited when she found out that her guide

There’s a big difference between when her guide says yes and when her guide says hell yes. And why have we waited so long to make this decision? So you know, and it it’s the thing is is she the question she was asking was literally the one of my examples, which is the should I take should I take a new job? Is it time to leave this job and

And she kinda knew it. Of course she knew that she it was the time to do it. But once her guide helped her make that decision and feel more confident in it, she made the change and was like

Like we do a lot of times in life. The only regret I have is that I didn’t do it sooner. but

the difference

CeeJay (48:23)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (48:23)
was she’d been sitting on this conceptually for three years and the

CeeJay (48:27)
wow.

Cindy Anderson (48:28)
the misery of the the job is just wasn’t it wasn’t worth it. So, you know, then Valerie ends up in the new job and again comes back to me and says, Why didn’t I meet you years ago? So then you could have met you could have helped me introduce me to my guide years ago and then I could have made this decision years ago and so on and so forth. Right.

CeeJay (48:46)
So it’s your fault.

Cindy Anderson (48:48)
Of course, yeah, it’s it’s my fault for for not, I don’t know, spending more money in advertising or something so that more people knew that I existed.

CeeJay (48:56)
look, I there’s so many things that I’ve discovered over time and yeah, I looking back, I hindsight’s always twenty twenty, so you know, you just

Cindy Anderson (49:04)
Mm. Yeah.

CeeJay (49:06)
you just wish you had all that knowledge. But you know, things seem to turn up at the right time at you know when it’s necessary. So that’s

Cindy Anderson (49:11)
When you’re ready, yeah.

CeeJay (49:12)
right, when it’s appropriate. What inspired you to create Soulpiphany?

Cindy Anderson (49:18)
I mean, my guide. Is there

any other answer? Yeah. I mean that

CeeJay (49:21)
Yes. Yeah, exactly.

Cindy Anderson (49:23)
that’s that’s literally what it came down to is this is this is what you’re here for. I thought I was just here to, you know, I think of life a little bit like a party. You show up, you hang out, you have a good time, and when you’re tired you go home. Nope, that’s not actually the way it is. Or at least not for at least not for me, it turns out, so but yeah, just I I wanna help people. I wanna

I wanna make a difference in the world. Whatever whatever that means, even if it’s just, you know, one person at a time.

CeeJay (49:53)
Who benefits most from your programs and teachings?

Cindy Anderson (49:58)
like the identity of the individual. I don’t

CeeJay (50:01)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (50:01)
I don’t think there’s d anyone that couldn’t benefit, but I definitely lean my my teachings towards midlife women.

I think people that are highly driven find this particularly interesting because they kind of have lived the the checkbox experience where they’ve they’ve done a lot of things. People that are very accomplished that to the outside world look like they had this great life and maybe aren’t really feeling that way inside.

CeeJay (50:31)
What

do you hope changes when more women begin leading from solar line values?

Cindy Anderson (50:37)
think we just have more ho harmony in the world. I think if if people are in my experience when people are content with themselves, they’re kinder and they’re more open and they’re more I don’t know if generous is the w right word, but they’re more accommodating of other people and their different beliefs and

I don’t know, it just feels like the world is so filled with conflict. If people were less if people were happier, I think they would be less likely to be spending time saying, You’re not doing it right. I don’t like the way you do this. I don’t like the way you do that. Do it my way. I think

CeeJay (51:09)
Yeah, yeah.

Cindy Anderson (51:10)
then you’re focused on yourself, right?

CeeJay (51:14)
That’s good thing. What question do you wish more people would ask their own spirit guides?

Cindy Anderson (51:22)
think it’s you know, you brought up therapy earlier and I would say it’s the same kind of thing about therapy. I find myself at at one point when I was in therapy, I found myself questioning my therapist about what do other people talk about. And she’s like, Yeah, you’re really weird. You don’t ever talk about other people here And I’m like, What do you mean? Well, people are so obsessed with whatever one I my mom did this thing that bothered me, my sister did this thing that bothered me. My boss did this thing that bothered me.

The spirit guide is the same as a therapist in a sense that do you want to try to fix everyone else in the world? Or do you want to try to fix the one thing that you might be able to control? And I don’t mean fix as in people are broken. I just mean

what can we control what could yeah, what

CeeJay (52:07)
Mm. Yeah, make change. Mm.

Cindy Anderson (52:10)
could you actually impact change on? I can’t I can’t force anyone to do something different. So I think that again

Some people would say, that’s selfish. Nah, that’s not selfish. It’s this is the put your own mask on before putting the mask on your child, you know, in the airplane thing. If you’re not living your best life and you’re not a comfortable you’re not comfortable with yourself, you’re not, you know, living in a way that feels authentic, you’re very unlikely to be able to positively impact other people.

CeeJay (52:39)
Yeah, yeah, exactly. What personal belief has changed most for you through your work?

Cindy Anderson (52:47)
I I think some of what I just touched on, I I definitely have become I mean, I’ve always been somebody that cares about other people, but I’ve become even more so. to the point where

I’m I’m more excited about my students’ own success than my my personal success. And maybe maybe some of that’s just age, but yeah. Just seeing seeing that we’re all part of the same system. There’s a

CeeJay (53:11)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (53:12)
a oneness to the human species. And we’ve been living so independently, I think, in the last twenty, thirty, forty years, and it’s it shows in the world around us. You know, we’re literally

CeeJay (53:24)
Yeah.

Cindy Anderson (53:25)
destroying the planet that we need to live on. And we can’t even

CeeJay (53:27)
Yeah, that’s dis disconnection.

Cindy Anderson (53:28)
agree. Yeah, and we can’t even

CeeJay (53:29)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (53:30)
agree that that’s actually a real thing. and I think that’s this idea that that I can do whatever I want and it won’t affect you, CJ. And it’s like that’s not true. It’s not true. It doesn’t

CeeJay (53:41)
Mm-hmm.

Cindy Anderson (53:42)
matter where you live relative to me. It doesn’t matter what part of the planet you’re on. Everything we do affects everyone else.

CeeJay (53:48)
Mm.

And then we have these tech bros running around saying it’s just a simulation, which makes it all okay, right? It’s like

Cindy Anderson (53:54)
Right. I guess,

I guess. Yeah, I mean whatever gets you through the day, I suppose. And they think we’re weird. Right? Like really? We’re in the matrix,

CeeJay (54:01)
Yeah, exactly, right?

Cindy Anderson (54:07)
but you think I’m strange because I talk to a spirit guide?

CeeJay (54:11)
What’s

one question listeners can ask themselves before making their next important decision?

Cindy Anderson (54:17)
I think f feeling their way into the decision, I think we tend to get pretty we can be really overly intellectual about the way we make decisions. Pros pros and cons list kind of thing. I think sometimes we do a really good job of discounting just the basic gut feeling. Like, does it feel right?

Does it like truly feel right to you? I mean we we actually s call it a gut feeling for a reason ’cause it’s literally a feeling in your gut. And I think we’ve gotten really disconnected from our own intuition. Not even

CeeJay (54:50)
Exactly.

Cindy Anderson (54:51)
not even talking spirit guides, just does it make sense? And you know, we’ve all been there

CeeJay (54:57)
Mm.

Cindy Anderson (54:58)
where we’ve ignored that that instinct and then been really sorry about it.

CeeJay (55:03)
Mm-hmm. So, Cindy, we’ve come towards the end of the podcast. Where can listeners find more about your spirit guide and on speed dial and soul piphany?

Cindy Anderson (55:15)
Yeah, hop over to soulpiphany.com. It’s S-O-U-L-P-I-P-H A-N-Y.

dot com. there’s lots of information there. There’s a lot of freebies. So get you

CeeJay (55:46)
That’s cool.

Cindy Anderson (55:47)
a quick win and and see what this is all about and kind of jump in and play with it.

CeeJay (55:52)
I might

have to sign up for that myself.

Cindy Anderson (55:54)
Yeah. I mean it sounds

like you’ve already got your connection, but if you’re curious, absolutely. Absolutely.

CeeJay (55:58)
Yeah, for sure. No, I’m

always bet like interested in tuning in even more. Thank you so much, Cindy, for all you’re sharing today and your wisdom and your understanding of a connection to spirit guides and how they can help people find a better path in life.

Cindy Anderson (56:13)
this has been a this has been a blast. I appreciate you having me on, CJ.

CeeJay (56:19)
What a great episode with Cindy there. her understanding of the connection to spirit guides and how that can manifest in your own life, she makes it sound so simple. And I think that’s the truth of it. It is simple. And when you open yourself to it in a positive and conscious way, then things can change and give you a better path in life.
