David has had a life that not many experience. Growing up in a religious cult being one in a family of 18 siblings he had to find his own way and discovered methods and paths that made good solid sense that he is now sharing with the world. He genuinely breaks down his experiences of depression and how the black dog of suicide plagued him and the ways he found out of that space into being at one with himself and the world. He offers timely advice that I’m certain many others will resonate with. I trust all will enjoy how honestly he shares his life experience.

David offers fitness coaching with a twist! In that his coaching touches on all aspects of your life dependent upon how thirsty you are for absolute and ultimate change. He won’t call it holistic fitness but we both agreed that it certainly has aspects of holism that would fit this description.
