Welcome, dear listeners, to Supernormalized, the podcast where we dive into the depths of the supernatural and explore alternative lifestyles, magic, UFOs, aliens, fairies, and more. I’m your host, Cee Jay Barnaby, and today we have a very special guest joining us: Adrian Mornay, the visionary founder of Ecstatic Dance.
Ecstatic Dance is not just a form of movement, but a profound practice that transforms lives. It all began in November 2013, right here in Brisbane, on the Cafe deck of Northey St. Markets.
Adrian and his team initiated this incredible journey by hosting free outdoor dance events, spreading the joy and wisdom that had already changed their own lives.
At its core, Ecstatic Dance is a conscious movement practice that invites individuals to escape the confines of their minds and surrender to the wisdom of their bodies. Through dance, music, and on special occasions, the sacred medicine of Cacao, these ceremonies become a catalyst for ecstatic states of being, where the limitations of our conscious minds dissolve, opening the doors to the vast intelligence of our subconscious.
In these gatherings, participants connect deeply with themselves and others in ways that words simply cannot express. It’s an opportunity to embrace freedom, joy, and honesty, allowing us to meet ourselves as we truly are and creating a space where we can see beyond the limited identities we often cling to. Ecstatic Dance is a journey of self-awareness, where deep emotions are released, intuitive awareness expands, and actions align with intentions.
Today, we are fortunate to have Adrian Mornay, the founder of this transformative movement, here on Supernormalized. Adrian will share his profound insights, experiences, and the magic that surrounds Ecstatic Dance.
